To ensure that your package will be delivered correctly and that you will receive it within the time frame we advertise, please ensure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant and/or required information. Using correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers and route information (if applicable) is essential to ensure timely delivery. We assume no responsibility for lost, misplaced or misdelivered shipments if the address provided is incorrect or mistyped at the time of purchase.
All orders are subject to a separate processing time except for the time it takes to that a shipment reaches its destination once it has been picked up from our processing center by the carrier. Order processing and shipping time is 4-6 (working) days for Japanese bidets and toilet seats but 96.87% of our orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours.
Japanese toilets require additional preparation time, it can last between 10 and 20 days maximum.
Delivery times may be extended due to recent government health restrictions. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
If you experience non-delivery or tracking information indicates that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, you must contact us within 7 days to file a complaint (firstname.lastname@example.org).
We will help you work with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note that it may take up to 30 days to process requests.
We do not take responsibility for packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms delivery.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of those items is out of stock stock: we will ship the rest of your order, refunding you to your original method of payment for non-stock items. Please note that it is possible to receive several parcels for the same order if it is composed of several articles.
