Refund Policy
RETURNS
Items are only taken back in perfect condition. If your item is broken or defective, please contact Customer Service, who will organize the return of your item. Return costs, such as delivery, handling fees, may be charged to you.
Right of withdrawal
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
If, upon receipt of the product, it is defective or broken, please contact us directly and report it to the carrier.
You have received and opened the packages. If the products need to be returned to us for defectiveness or non-compliance, they must be the subject of a return request to our Customer Service within 14 days of receipt of the order. Any complaint made outside this period cannot be accepted. Products must imperatively be returned in new condition and in their original packaging. Failing this, all costs of repairing the product would be borne by the buyer.
JAPAN WC products are guaranteed for at least 1 year, if your product is defective, please contact our customer service for analysis of the breakdown for Japanese toilets and seats.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
5% of your total amount will be withdrawn for return management costs.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time required before a refund is posted.
If after completing all these steps, you still have not received your refund, please contact us via the contact form on our website.
SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace an item if it is faulty or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, contact us via the contact form.
